  Switch on to Safety
Going through the skills required for the B license is not dull and boring. However being a good canopy pilot and have a good a awareness of safety has many advantages:

bullet Get back to the dropzone from a bad spot without having to walk back.
bullet Flying a safe pattern without cutting up your friends under canopy.
bullet Knowing you are in the right spot to exit not because the pilot says so on their GPS, but because you can see.
bullet You find yourself in a foreign country at a boogie, under canopy and over a town. Are your canopy skills good enough to find a safe place to land.
bullet Turning up at a dropzone with a complete group of strangers and putting together a 4-way which actually does work and is disciplined.
